Get Ready for 2018 World Karate Championship Quebec

Brampton’s own premier martial arts academy, Legends Mixed Martial Arts, encourages all Karate students to attend the upcoming World Karate Championship this April in Quebec.

Quebec, Canada- 10th January 2018- Championnat International De Karaté (World Karate Championship) Québec Open 2018 is taking place at PEPS, Laval University in Quebec City, Canada on April 27th and 28th. Billy Strumenikovski, the owner of Legends Mixed Martial Arts, encourages every aspiring karate enthusiast and the martial art professional to be a part of this two-day tournament.

Strumenikovski says, “Championnat International De Karaté Québec Open is an event that exemplifies everything we love about this sport, particularly good sportsmanship”.

“It’s a platform for karate practitioners to showcase their talent on a big stage in front of more than 6,000 spectators. There will be over 2000 competitors from some 20 countries competing at one of the most acclaimed tournaments in the world” adds Strumenikovski.

In addition to those mentioned, 300 volunteers will also be participating to make the event a success.

The eminent partners of this prestigious event are, Quebec, Assemblee Nationale, Hugo Sport, Secretariat A La Capitale-Nationale, Hayabusa, Naska, and Uventex. Without the active involvement of these partners, this event would not be possible. The main USP of this show is the closing ceremony where top fighters go head-to-head before thousands of viewers.
