National Class Action against Air Canada for Alleged Flight Pass Mispricing Incident

The Superior Court of Quebec has approved a publication plan to notify class members of a national class action commenced against Air Canada relating to the Flight Pass mispricing incident that occurred on the Air Canada website around August 26, 2015. Class members who wish to be excluded from this class action must opt-out by September 8, 2017.

The class action lawsuit will seek to claim compensatory damages and/or punitive damages from Air Canada for the mispricing incident.
