Cannot log into modem


We have a new network name and password. When I try to log in with my computer, I get a page from Xfinity that says that my device has been paused. Also my computer shows a message that says, “No Internet, Secured”.

When I log in with my Android phone, I did get the Xfinity message that said that my device was paused, but now I get a message that says 404 – not found.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
