Magic Pixel Team Launches Kickstarter Campaign For Upgraded ‘Space Plus’ Audiophile DAC

Garvagh, UK – Magic Pixel Team has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for garnering widespread support and financial backing for ‘Space Plus’, a more advanced version of its wildly successful ‘Space Audiophile DAC’, which established itself as one of the leading Audiophile DAC for lovers of quality music.

Space Plus is a high-end two channel asynchronous USB DAC (digital to analog converter), which the Company claims has been designed using the highest quality components. Similar to its previous product Space Audiophile DAC, Space Plus also has a minimal footprint (70 x 73 x 24 mm) so the user can take it with them everywhere. The device connects via USB 2.0 (Plug and play) and with the exception of the Windows operating system, does not require any drivers for use. Space Plus supports Windows, OS X (macOS), Linux, Android and iOS.

“If you would prefer to listen to your music collection from your laptop, gaming console, tablet or even your smartphone, Space Plus DAC is the ideal solution for you. [Just] plug it in to the USB port, and get ready to experience the highest quality sound technology can offer you. Said project creator Norbert Hidas.

Space Plus allows play back of high definition audio files such as DSD (Direct Stream Digital), PCM (Pulse Code Modulation), or DXD (Digital eXtreme Definition) up to 384 kHz 32 bit, without the cost of a high end BD/SACD player. Designed with power supply sources in mind, the device uses a ‘super quiet’ 3.3V rail for the best stability and the lowest possible distortion of the built-in headphone amplifier, and the separate supplies for a built in DAC and XMOS chip. “Space Plus DAC was developed for those, who like to listen to music via headphones, but aren’t satisfied with the quality of the audio output of their player of choice”, said Norbert Hidas.

Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects. Everything from films, games, and music to art, design, and technology. ‘Backers’ who support a project on Kickstarter get an inside look at the creative process, and help that project come to life. All ‘Backers’ of the Space Plus Kickstarter campaign who pledge £99 or more, will receive the Company’s ‘Early Bird 50% Off’ discounted DAC. Additional Rewards are available at higher pledge levels.

The Kickstarter campaign is officially open until October 8, 2016. For more information about the Kickstarter campaign, visit:
