John Pryor, Strength and Conditioning Expert, Offers Insight on Developing Programs for Elite Athletes

John Pryor, strength and conditioning coordinator for the Japan Rugby Football Union and director of JointAction, is announcing the publication of a new interview with Inspirery detailing the advanced methodologies he utilizes while preparing elite rugby athletes for the highest level of international competition.
